Neighborhood
             Code Enforcement

DSCDO Code Enforcement Program serves the community by identifying housing and building code violations. In a collaborative effort, the code enforcement coordinator serves as liaison between, City Hall, Housing Court, property owners, concerned citizens, Ward 17 Councilmen, and neighborhood organizations. By addressing problematic properties and setting high standards of maintenance along commercial strips and neighborhoods code enforcement helps determine options available for resolution.
