Free workshops and our public computer lab are important to supporting residents and closing the digital divide.


Public Computer Lab

The Computer Lab is open to all and located in the Gordon Square Arcade at 6516 Detroit Ave. It includes Microsoft Office software, internet access, scanners and free printing (black & white). Drop-in assistance is available.

The current computer lab hours are:

  • Tuesdays, 10am-4pm

  • Thursdays, 11am-6pm

  • Alternating weekly: Friday, 1-5pm, OR Saturday, 9-11am

Free Workshops

Come learn in a judgment-free environment! Computer training is available regularly and by request in the Computer Lab. Contact our Digital Literacy Coordinator, Alicia Greasby, by email or at 216.961.9073 x235. Training topics include:

  • Microsoft Office

  • Emailing

  • Google Docs and Suite

  • Online bill payment

  • Health records

  • Gaming

  • Connecting with tax preparation, financial coaching and local hiring programs


Libraries and LGBT Center

The nearby Walz and Lorain branches of the Cleveland Public Library offer free classes and additional digital services, including printing, copying, faxing, wifi hotspots and 3D printing/scanning. The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland also provides an open computer lab.
