Lorain Avenue Antique District is home to some of the best vintage shops in the region and Lorain Avenue will be undergoing significant streetscape enhancement. 

Madison Avenue has an established mix of industrial users and is positioned for future growth.

Merchant Associations

Detroit Shoreway is home to two active merchant associations: the Detroit Avenue merchants and Lorain Avenue merchants. These groups also include businesses on nearby streets.
