Annual Meeting, Spaghetti Dinner and DSCDO Membership.
Held the fourth Thursday of each February at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School (OLMC), DSCDO’s Annual Meeting and Spaghetti Dinner is a cherished neighborhood tradition.
The evening includes recognition of neighborhood leaders, DSCDO’s board elections and OLMC’s famous spaghetti dinner. DSCDO’s partnership with OLMC goes back to the early days of our organization, when Father Marino Frascati united with DSCDO to save the Gordon Square Arcade from demolition and build a community where all could live, work, worship and do business safely and with dignity.
Neighborhood residents and business owners must purchase or renew their DSCDO membership in order to attend the Annual Meeting and vote in board member elections. Those unable to attend the Annual Meeting in person may also purchase membership and vote by mail. The spaghetti dinner is included in the price of membership.
If you do not live in or own a business in the neighborhood, you can still attend the meeting and enjoy dinner but cannot become a member or vote in the board election.
